In the afternoon of Oct.30th, Angola Minister of Public Health Sibasdio·Sapili and his wife and his party made an inspection to the Group Corporation, the genenral manager Fan Jixiang met with the minister and his party at the headquarters. 
 

Fan Jixiang expressed his warm welcome to the guests and introduced the general situation of the Corporation and its professional work in China and overseas. He said that the Corporation had many items under construction in Angola which also caught the attention of Your Excellency, and he expressed his gratitute for this attention, and said that the Croup Corporation would increase the working member and capital in order to make everything better. 
 

It is known that the Group Corporation took an active part in the rebuilding work in Angola since Sep.2004. Till Oct.2006, the items under construction has reached 45 and the contracting funds come to ＄600 million, and there are still some items needing to sign. All these items covers education, hygiene, agriculture, hydraulic and hydroelectricity, etc. The supplying funds of teaching instrument and medical instrument has come to ＄73 million. A market has been set up which takes projects as the key link, and give considerration to trade and investment. The contract amount entry-into-force has come to ＄232 million, 16 items has already gone into full operation, some of the earthwork has already been completed. 70% of the items will be accompished by the end of 2007.
 

The assistant of the general manager of the Group Corporation and general manager of international companies Zeng Xingliang also attended the meeting.
